Account & Data Deletion Policy

How account deletion applies to Notification Keyword Forwarder by Koprey.

No Accounts Required

This application does not require or support user account creation. No personal account data is stored or created, so account deletion is not applicable.

Why Account Deletion Does Not Apply

The App has no sign-up, sign-in, email registration, social login, or any form of server-side user profile. It operates entirely on your device and communicates with no Koprey-operated servers. Consequently, there is no account to delete, and there are no user records held by us that would need to be erased upon request.

About Your On-Device Data

Although no account exists, the App stores a small amount of configuration locally on your device so it can function:

None of this leaves your device, except that a matched message is handed off to your own WhatsApp or SMS app only when you explicitly confirm sending it.

How to Remove All Local App Data

  1. Open your device's Settings → Apps → Notification Keyword Forwarder.
  2. Tap Storage (or Storage & cache) and then Clear storage / Clear data to erase all settings and history. Alternatively, simply uninstalling the App removes everything at once.
  3. Optionally revoke notification access for the App in your device's notification access settings if you no longer wish the App to read notifications.

After completing either step, no trace of your configuration or event history remains on the device, and nothing ever existed outside it.
